What we keep, and why.

Extended Blue respects the information you hand us. We collect it to answer you and to do the work you asked for. We do not sell it.

What you send us

Name, company, email, phone, country, and whatever you write about a shipment, a product, a supplier, or a partnership. Quote requests may include commodity, origin, destination, weights, and trade terms.

What the site sees on its own

A normal web server logs an IP address, a browser type, the page requested, and the time. We use that to keep the site reliable and to understand which pages are used. The language choice is stored in your browser, not on our server.

Why we use it

• To reply to inquiries and prepare quotations.
• To coordinate trade and logistics with the parties a file actually needs.
• To send briefings if you asked for them. You can tell us to stop.
• To meet legal, accounting, and security duties.

Who else sees it

Only when the work requires it: logistics partners, carriers, customs and other authorities, technology providers who host the mail or the site, and professional advisers. We share what the task needs, not the whole history of your company.

Because the work is international, information may be handled in more than one country where a partner or a desk is located. We take reasonable care in that transfer.

How long

We keep business correspondence for as long as the file, the accounting record, or the law requires, then delete it or reduce it when that is practical.

Your requests

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete what we no longer need. Write to info@extendedblue.com. We will answer during desk hours.

Children

The site is for business. We do not seek information from anyone under 18.
