We work from desks in Amman, Dubai, Istanbul, and Kyrenia, with coverage in Beirut, Damascus, Cairo, Riyadh, Hong Kong, Tokyo, the United States, and Toronto. That is commercial coverage through partners, not a claim that a branch sits on every street.
Carriers perform the transport. Our role is the commercial side and the coordination: supplier, buyer, trade term, booking, and documents.
